New year, new wines + a love letter to the grape that built us.

This collection honors 15 years with a trio that captures our heart: Windy Day Rosé, lifted and vivid; ’22 Housewife, aromatic and perfectly off-dry; and our 15 Year Anniversary Blend, Grenache-forward and decant-worthy beauty.

“You can’t change the direction of the wind. But you can adjust your sails”… and we’re grateful you’re sailing with us.

NEW RELEASE: Windy Day Rosé  — 100% Cinsaut Rosé
A gorgeous 100% Cinsaut Rosé opens with the fresh, fleeting lusciousness of early-season watermelon, bright and lifted. Coupled by the gentle tartness of an underripe Stonewall peach. As it settles, soft notes of late-summer violets rise, it speaks both soil and soul. With the Artist collaboration featuring Matt Tumlinson she’s a sonnet to our love of farming + art & their combined beauty.

’23 Housewife — 100% Malvasia Bianca
Housewife was built with purpose. Structured to be as dry as a sweet white wine drinker will go and as sweet as a dry white wine drinker will go. Choose it to pair when noshing on nuts and heavy cheeses. Beguiling notes of fresh melon, ripe Asian pear and elusive jasmine. This off-dry wine is a perfect year-round companion for any occasion. Certainly a winner poolside!

NEW RELEASE — 15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY BLEND
14% Cinsaut – 29% Counoise – 48% Grenache – 10% Mourvèdre

She is a Very Big Blend… Rightly so she’s the representation of 15 years of blood, sweat & tears from grape to glass. The West Texas Toile label tells the visual story of who we are and markers that are woven into our tapestry of life. If ever we’ve captured the sense of place and pride that our vineyard blocks make up – we believe this blend to be it. She is a gorgeous wine to drink now but please decant for a minimum of 2 hours or lay down for an anniversary celebration of your own.

Her Grenache forward palate reads “homemade raspberry jam” on warmed graham crackers at your Grandmothers or “Grancy’s” house after school. Think fruit in the foremouth and a subtle nuttiness with layers of structure & a supple rich rounded mouthfeel. Pairing suggestions are as follows: Lamb, grilled sausages, herb-roasted chicken, mushroom dishes, ratatouille, BBQ with a NOT-Too-sweet sauce, aged cheddar or manchego.
