A Seasonal Guide to the fruits of our labor! From our land to your glass, Thank YOU for being part of the journey.

Come And See It

Originally spoken into the universe during the eclipse. The return of “CSI”, & her aromatics you’ll encounter are lush. Sweet Gardenia, Jasmine, Lime Kefir, & citrus blooms. You might taste notes of fresh lime zest, acidity, minerality, & mild salinity, making it the perfect partner for road trips, patio nights, or the official wine of fall festivals. As the seasons turn & the nights grow longer, there is more to see above us. Meteor showers, moonlit evenings, & the changing autumn sky give us plenty of reasons to slow down, look up, & pour a glass.

Come & See It was made for these moments. A wine to sip beneath the stars, around a fire, on the patio, or wherever the evening finds you. This fall, we invite you to do just that.

2022 Tempranillo – Grower’s Collection

From our NEW Grower’s Collection – To “Grow” is to develop, to flourish, & to bring forth what is within. This collection begins in barrel. Small-batch wines made from exceptional fruit, each one given the time & attention to become what it was meant to be. Our first of the Grower’s Collection release, the 2022 Tempranillo, brings a little bit of Spanish Spice to West Texas. Born from a varietal made famous in Spain’s Rioja and Ribera del Duero, Tempranillo finds its own expression in the Texas High Plains. Bright cherry and plum meet notes of dried fig, leather, cedar, & subtle spice, with the structure and tannin to carry the fruit through a long, lingering finish.

The Grower’s Collection is where the fruit meets winemaking. It’s a look at what can happen when exceptional grapes are given the time, patience, & cultivation to become something great.

Ultimately, this NEW Collection is a celebration of what can be grown, what can be crafted, & what is worth sharing among friends & family.

2021 Proving Ground

ARTIST COLLABORATION WINE // “I don’t understand how the county’s not wet. It would help with the drought, it would help with the debt.” – Bible Belt by John Baumann

Full of sultry flavors like plum, fig, dark berries, and fresh-turned earth. Ample tannins and smooth acids make this a fantastic match for complex foods. Excellent as a stand-alone or entree feature, it is well-balanced with soft tannins and a supple finish. Americana home cooking smoked lamb or the finest Charcuterie Board ever made.
