Revolution ‘23 — Sparkling in style & 100% Cinsaut
Notes of summertime sweet-tart and South Texas Grapefruit. Perfect as an aperitif or alongside casual fare. Pairs with spicy and BBQ or patio/porch hydration. A dark-skinned wine grape that is grown primarily in the Rhône Valley of France. Cinsaut adds a peppery note and acidity to a blended red wine and is one of the 13 original Châteauneuf-du-Pape varieties. You should order a CASE for the 250th Anniversary of the United States of America.
PS: We’re throwing “Americas Farm Party.” It would be treasonius if you didn’t come!?!
Ramble On ‘22 — 50% Tempranillo | 40% Cab Sauv | 10% Cinsaut
She’s Baaaaccckkkk! With a bold blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cinsaut, offering depth and personality in every pour. Where are our Cab & a Slab peeps? Or the Temp hounds? The structure of this wine is an architectural wonder of balanced fruit, tannins and spice. Softened and rounded out by the work horse that is Cinsaut = It’s splendid. Pair with family-style Italian dishes or gourmet sausages.
Jack Knifed ‘21 — 50% Grenache | 40% Syrah | 10% Mourvèdre
It’s inevitable with farming – things can “Jack Knife.”It takes faith, family and good neighbors to exist. Jack Knifed is our TX “Cotes de Roam” pardon the pun. Delivering a flavor profile reminiscent of dust, sweat equity, and the moment of a satisfied finish or harvest close. The Rhône GSM blend is a versatile wine that works particularly well with dishes featuring Mediterranean spices – including red pepper, sage, rosemary, and olives. Don’t forget about the West Texas classics such as a wild game, pot roast, and love from the crockpot.
